Purchase Order Financing

1. How it works
  • We use your signed purchase order from select South African organisations/ corporates and government organisations as primary security

  • We ensure the purchase order is fully funded to ensure it is successfully implemented

2. Our Process
  • Secure a signed PO

  • Submit your company registration and PO documents

  • Our legal team conducts a 24-hour due diligence

  • Sign the profit-sharing agreement

  • We manage supplier payouts

  • Complete the job and receive your payment.

3. Requirements
  • Your business must meet the following requirements:

    • R1m+ annual turnover or net asset value 

    • Signed PO with a SA Corporate and/ or government entity

    • Registered entity with proof of registration (Pty Ltd, CC, or trust)

    • Signed annual financial statements and up-to-date management accounts

    • You have a proven track record in this field of work/ industry being procured

4. Costs
  • Fees are only incurred upon receipt of payment at as low as 25% of the PO’s GP
